Section 01

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and Trust88 ("the Company", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the trust88 website located at trust88.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

Trust88 operates as an English-language online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving players based in Malaysia. The platform offers live casino games, sports betting markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and other international sporting events, as well as a curated library of slot titles sourced from certified game providers.

By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a promotion, or otherwise accessing any part of the trust88 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the trust88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum requirement with no exceptions.
2. You are accessing the platform as an individual private person and not on behalf of any commercial entity or third party.
3. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through trust88 or any gambling self-exclusion scheme applicable in your jurisdiction.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and are not operating an account as a proxy, agent, or representative for another person.
5. You have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
6. You are not accessing trust88 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the platform.
7. You will maintain only one (1) registered account on the trust88 platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

Section 04

Account Registration

When registering an account on trust88, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. Trust88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

You agree to notify trust88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. You can contact our support team at the email address listed in Section 16.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the trust88 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — are prohibited. Trust88 employs automated and manual methods to detect duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding bonuses and related winnings without prior notice.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

All accounts are subject to KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed, and periodically thereafter at the Company's discretion. The KYC process requires submission of: (a) a valid Malaysian government-issued photo identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence); (b) proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months); and (c) where requested, verification of the payment method used to fund the account.

Documents must be submitted through the secure upload facility within your account dashboard. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 business hours. Players are advised not to request a withdrawal until KYC is completed, as this may cause processing delays.

Section 05

Terms of Use

Your use of the trust88 platform is subject to the following general terms. These apply to all activities conducted through your account, including browsing, gaming, wagering, claiming promotions, and communicating with support.

5.1 Personal Use Only

The platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not use your trust88 account for any commercial purpose, including without limitation operating the account on behalf of others, using the platform for advertising, or systematically extracting data from the site for any purpose.

5.2 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided to trust88 at registration and throughout your use of the platform is, and will remain, accurate, true, and complete. Any change in your personal circumstances that affects your eligibility to use the platform must be communicated to trust88 promptly.

5.3 Platform Availability

Trust88 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available continuously. However, the Company does not warrant uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside the Company's reasonable control. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably practicable.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on trust88 — deposits, withdrawals, wagers, bonuses, and winnings — are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Players depositing via cryptocurrency will have their funds converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed transaction receipt.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Trust88 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods to ensure players can manage their funds conveniently. Supported deposit channels currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank and others), as well as cryptocurrency deposits via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether USDT (TRC20 network).

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The standard minimum is MYR 30 for e-wallets and MYR 50 for bank transfers.
• Trust88 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which trust88 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Trust88 reserves the right to request verification of the source of deposited funds where required for compliance purposes.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification at the Company's discretion.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement being fully satisfied prior to processing.
• Standard processing times: e-wallet withdrawals within 15 minutes to 2 hours; bank transfers within 1–3 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 30–60 minutes following blockchain confirmation.
• Trust88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. This may extend processing times, and players will be notified of any such delay by email.

Section 07

Bonus & Promotions

Trust88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as published on the platform, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed before the first deposit associated with that offer is made, unless the offer specifies otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion. The wagering requirement must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• The maximum bet per round while bonus funds are active is typically capped between MYR 250 and MYR 500 (see specific promotion terms). Placing bets exceeding the cap while an active bonus is in play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all related winnings.
• Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary: slot games typically contribute 100%; most table games and live dealer games contribute between 0% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are published within each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire within the validity period stated in the respective promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of claim). Unexpired bonus funds that have not completed the required wagering within the validity window will be forfeited automatically.
• Trust88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice to affected players where practicable.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Trust88 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts (whether directly or via proxy); hedging bets or placing offsetting wagers designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements; and any systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, the Company reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel related winnings, and close the associated account(s) without notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All gaming and sports betting activity conducted through trust88 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published within the respective game interface or sports betting section of the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before participating.

8.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement, except where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out or void option for a specific market.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published for each sport and market type.
• Trust88 covers betting markets for Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and a wide range of domestic and international sporting events. Market availability may vary from time to time.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market type apply. These limits are published within the relevant betting section and may be updated periodically.

8.2 Casino & Live Casino

• All casino games on trust88 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures reflect actual certified values provided by the game suppliers.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's fair play policy. Trust88 will endeavour to communicate the outcome to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.
• Trust88 does not accept liability for any disruption to gameplay caused by a player's own hardware, software, or internet connection.

Responsible Gambling

Trust88 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered players, available at no cost and without restriction through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, all access to gaming functions is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term closure of your account. Self-excluded players will be removed from all marketing communications and may not reopen their account during the exclusion period.

Section 10

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the trust88 platform. Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with the platform.
• Attempting to access the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of software errors.
• Engaging in activities that constitute money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activities, or using the platform to layer or integrate illicit proceeds.
• Using another person's payment method to fund your account, or accessing the platform on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise misappropriate any part of the trust88 platform or its content.
• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any material that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable through any communication channel on the platform.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the trust88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Trust88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the platform without prior written permission from Trust88.

Game content displayed on trust88 — including live dealer streams, slot game graphics and sounds, and sports data feeds — is licensed from third-party providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. Any unauthorised use of such content is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of the relevant provider's intellectual property rights.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trust88, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services.

This limitation includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from reliance on any information provided on the platform;
• Losses caused by interruption of service, technical failures, or third-party system outages;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials;
• Any betting or gaming losses incurred through normal use of the platform.

Section 13

Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Players wishing to close their trust88 account should contact customer support via email. Upon account closure initiated by the player, any remaining verified real-money balance (net of active bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal criteria) will be refunded to the player's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Trust88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time where: (a) the player is found to be in breach of these Terms; (b) the player is found to be ineligible under Section 3; (c) the Company determines that the account poses an unacceptable compliance risk; or (d) the Company ceases to offer services in the player's jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed by the Company due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be subject to a review period before being returned.

Section 14

Amendments to These Terms

Trust88 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on record, or via a prominent notice on the platform, not less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.

Section 15

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved by the parties in good faith through direct negotiation in the first instance.

Players with a complaint or dispute arising from their use of the trust88 platform should contact the customer support team in the first instance (see Section 16). Trust88 commits to acknowledging all written complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory law. Trust88 acknowledges that certain provisions of these Terms may be subject to override by applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction, and this Agreement is to be interpreted accordingly.
